16th AOAFF powered by DEI: A “Diva” delivered a magical night of cinema at Stoa Culture

On Thursday night, July 16, the 16th Athens Open Air Film Festival powered by DEI and the French Institute of Greece’s Plein-Air Festival welcomed Jean-Jacques Beineix’s legendary "Diva" to a brand-new and striking venue for culture and events in the heart of Athens: Stoa Culture, located in the Atrium of the Arsakeio Arcade.

Once again, you turned out in great numbers, while your comments about the venue were nothing short of enthusiastic. The Athens Open Air Film Festival’s enduring ambition to introduce its audience to some of the city’s most remarkable locations was fulfilled in a truly unique way.

Our next rendezvous is on Wednesday, July 22, at Drakopoulou Park, with a screening of one of the greatest works of classic American cinema: John Ford’s "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance".
