Join the team of the 16th Athens Open Air Film Festival powered by DEI

The Athens Open Air Film Festival, the much-loved summer cinematic institution that forms an integral part of the cultural experience of Athens’ residents and visitors, and is organized by the “Premieres Nights” Film Festival, returns for its 16th consecutive year in collaboration with the Organization of Culture, Sports and Youth of the City of Athens (OPANDA).

As in previous summers, this year as well we promise unforgettable cinematic experiences for the audience with free admission: through screenings of iconic and widely loved films from around the world, we transform emblematic locations of the city into a magical open-air cinema, ensuring at the same time the highest-quality audiovisual experience.

If you have participated before, we would be happy to see you again. For those of you joining for the first time, we encourage you to experience the behind-the-scenes world of running a film festival! All you need is free time and a love for cinema.

We are looking for:
Ushering assistants
Production assistants

Required qualifications: knowledge of English and/or another foreign language is preferred, enthusiasm and willingness to work, consistency, responsibility, and availability during the festival period (June – July – August).

Your presence will not be required at every screening. Those selected will have the opportunity to experience firsthand the magical process of preparing and running a film festival and will receive, upon completion, a certificate of participation for any use.

Note: The call is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
