2013. Athens is experiencing the economic crisis. The film captures images of the bleak abandonement, desolation and decline of the city center and its streets.

The open air cinemas of Athens are resisting, flourishing as attractions and tourist magnets as they return to their original itinerant nature, filling backyards, parks, squares and becoming the connective tissue of a panicked society in crisis.
